Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds due to hygiene and sanitation reasons. All sales are final, so we encourage you to review all product photos carefully before placing your order. We showcase 9–10 detailed self-taken photos for every product on our website and Instagram, so you can shop with confidence!


30-Day Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products! All items come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your item breaks or discolors within this period, we'll replace it for you. Unfortunately, we're unable to assist with issues reported after 30 days.


Defective or Damaged Items

Received something that's broken, defective, or tarnished? No worries β€” if you reach out within 15 days of receiving your order, we'll arrange a replacement right away.

If an item is missing from your order, we'll ship it out to you as soon as possible.
